1. General Provisions
1.1 This User Agreement (hereinafter - the Agreement) regulates the relations between the owner of the FreeVet chatbot (hereinafter - the Administration), on the one hand, and the User of the chatbot, on the other hand.
1.2 FreeVet is a service of the TailBook application (hereinafter also referred to as the Service), which provides an opportunity to ask questions to qualified experienced veterinarians and receive answers in real time.
1.3 Donations to the project are not a prerequisite, but the helping vets and our Service would be very grateful for your financial support for the consultations, as well as support for the development of the app. All payments made through the service are non-refundable donations.

2. Subject of the agreement
2.1 The Administration grants the User the right to use the functionality of the FreeVet chatbot, including the ability to: receive free answers to questions on stray animals, as well as the ability to ask free questions on pets (the number of free questions on pets is limited).
2.2 All information provided through the Service is advisory in nature and is intended primarily for emergencies; the Administration carefully selects specialists who answer questions, but the Service does not bear any responsibility for the answers provided, as they are provided remotely on the basis of information provided by the user.
2.3 Answers to questions in the Service do not replace a face-to-face appointment with a veterinarian. If, in the opinion of the veterinarian providing the answer, a face-to-face appointment is required, no additional answers will be provided.
2.4 Offensive and discriminatory (on any grounds) messages are prohibited when using the service. Also, answers to questions are not provided on messages if:
The message does not contain a question related to the health of the animal
The message is written in obscene / offensive / discriminatory on any grounds
The user requests a full veterinary consultation
The User requests to provide personal / contact details of the Veterinary Surgeon / employees of the Service
2.5 The answer to a question may be refused at any time and to any User without explanation.

3. Rights and obligations
3.1 The User has the right to:
- ask questions about animal health via the FreeVet chatbot;
- receive answers to questions on animal health;
- use other functions of the service in accordance with the terms of the User Agreement and User Guide.
3.2 The Administration has the right to:
- at its discretion and necessity to create, modify, delete the rules of use of the FreeVet chatbot;
- unilaterally change the functionality of the FreeVet chatbot;
- provide access of the User to the FreeVet chatbot or restrict access to the FreeVet chatbot in case of violation of the Agreement, as well as other cases at the discretion of the Administration.
3.3 The User is obliged:
- not to use the FreeVet chatbot for illegal purposes;
- not to transfer your credentials to other persons;
- to comply with the User Agreement of the FreeVet chatbot, to use the FreeVet chatbot in accordance with the User Manual and not to disrupt the performance of the chatbot.
3.4 The Administration is obliged to:
- Maintain the operability of the FreeVet chatbot except for cases when it is impossible for reasons beyond the control of the Administration.

4. Responsibilities
4.1 The User is personally responsible for the use of the FreeVet chatbot and the information provided.
4.2 The Administration is not responsible for the information provided by the FreeVet chatbot, as well as for the services provided by third parties through the FreeVet chatbot.

5. Term and procedure of validity of the Agreement
5.1 This Agreement comes into effect from the moment the User starts using the FreeVet chatbot. The Agreement ceases to be valid in the stated version in the case of issuance of a new version of the Agreement.
5.2 Administration reserves the right to unilaterally change this Agreement at its discretion. The Administration does not notify Users about changes to the Agreement.
