Introducing
TailBook Foundation

We are happy to officially introduce the TailBook Foundation - a new step in our long-term mission to improve the lives of stray and companion animals through systemic, scalable, and practical solutions.

This is not just a project launch. It is the beginning of a broader effort to rethink how animal welfare systems can function in a more connected, efficient, and humane way.

Animal welfare today is shaped by many dedicated individuals and organizations working tirelessly on the ground. Volunteers, shelters, veterinarians, and NGOs are doing essential work every single day, often with limited resources and under significant pressure.

However, while compassion is everywhere, structure is often missing.
This is where we believe change is needed most — not only in individual action, but in the systems that support it.

The TailBook Foundation was created to help bridge this gap.
Our focus is on developing systemic solutions that make animal welfare more coordinated, transparent, and effective across communities, cities, and countries.

We believe that lasting impact requires more than short-term interventions. It requires tools, infrastructure, and cooperation that allow people to act more effectively together.

Through research, community engagement, and digital innovation, the Foundation works on building frameworks that support both local and international animal welfare ecosystems.

Our work focuses on enabling:

• Better coordination between organizations and volunteers
• More transparent and accessible information flows
• Stronger cooperation between municipalities, NGOs, and citizens
• Practical tools that simplify and support everyday animal welfare actions

The TailBook Foundation brings together several interconnected initiatives designed to address different aspects of animal welfare:
Animal Welfare City - a framework for cities to develop structured and transparent animal welfare systems.
Pawsitive City - a community-focused initiative that promotes humane coexistence between people and animals in urban environments.
TailGiving - a platform for supporting shelters, rescues, and individual animals through donations and community support.
Lex4Tails - a legal and educational initiative aimed at improving understanding of animal welfare regulations and rights.
TailDefender - a tool designed to support responsible ownership and protection of animals through awareness and digital solutions.

Together, these initiatives form a growing ecosystem aimed at creating more sustainable and coordinated animal welfare systems.

We believe that real change in animal welfare does not come from isolated actions alone, but from systems that make good actions easier to take, scale, and sustain.

Our long-term vision is a world where:

• Animals are treated as a shared responsibility across society
• Help is easier to organize, coordinate, and deliver
• Communities are empowered with the right tools and information
• Shelters and organizations are supported by strong digital infrastructure

This is the direction in which we are building TailBook Foundation.

The launch of the Foundation is only the beginning.
In the coming months, we will be sharing more about our research, pilot programs, partnerships, and opportunities for collaboration. We also plan to open more ways for individuals and organizations to get involved in shaping this ecosystem together.
