We are delighted to announce that Animal Welfare Fest will return to Budva on 15 August 2026.
Following the success of our first festival, we are excited to begin preparing the second edition, bringing together even more people, organizations, and initiatives dedicated to improving the lives of animals.
Animal Welfare Fest is much more than a public event. It is a community platform designed to connect everyone who cares about animal welfare, including volunteers, shelters, veterinarians, NGOs, local authorities, businesses, educators, and animal lovers.
Our vision is to create a welcoming space where people can discover local initiatives, exchange knowledge, support animal welfare projects, participate in educational activities, contribute to fundraising efforts, and become part of a growing community working toward meaningful, long-term change.
We believe that building a better future for animals requires cooperation. By bringing together people from different backgrounds and professions, Animal Welfare Fest aims to strengthen partnerships, encourage new ideas, and inspire practical action that continues long after the festival ends.
Preparations for AWF 2026 are already underway, and we have many exciting ideas that we look forward to sharing in the coming months.
If you represent an organization, business, veterinary clinic, educational institution, or simply want to volunteer and contribute to the festival, we would be delighted to hear from you. Every contribution helps us make Animal Welfare Fest more impactful and accessible to the community.
Together, we can create an event that not only celebrates compassion but also helps build stronger support systems for animals across Montenegro and the wider region.
